In the app, open Premium → Rewards account → Delete rewards account and confirm your Google sign-in.
If you no longer have the app, email ellipseapps@gmail.com with the subject “Delete VR Player rewards account”. Send the request from the Google email address used for rewards. We may verify account ownership before deleting it. Never send a password or payment details.
Deletion removes your Firebase sign-in account. Pseudonymous allowance, reservation and reward transaction records are scheduled for deletion after eight days to prevent allowance resets and reconcile delayed rewards. Automatic database cleanup may take additional time. Videos and browsing history remain on your device and can be removed using the app or Android controls.
Google Play purchases are separate. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription or remove a lifetime purchase. Manage Google Play subscriptions.
